BLAC is a regeneration business, turning under-used and derelict sites into well designed and imaginative, sustainable housing. Usually, we have a minimum of ten developments ‘on the go’, across the SEEDA region. We are proud of our expertise, and our proven ability to turn the most demanding and challenging sites into high quality affordable housing.

But, what gives our Members (SEEDA, Hyde Housing and Raddington Regeneration Company) most satisfaction, is delivery. BLAC is now using its experience and ‘equitable’ business model to work in joint ventures, special purpose vehicles and other innovative relationships to develop complex urban sites.

Now we need more sites.
