The South East is facing a shortage of good quality housing at affordable prices. BLAC reclaims neglected and derelict brownfield land, most often in the form of small sites found in urban areas.

Our role is to invest in these sites and buildings, using the innovation, skills and experitise of the company and its staff. BLAC designs and constructs new homes and social housing.

This creativity, knowledge and experience is shared with our project partners, that is Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers, the Public Sector and Land Owners. We work collaboratively, utilising our resource of knowledge and experience, giving BLAC a unique position in the affordable housing market in the South East of England.
