The South East is facing a shortage of good quality housing at affordable prices. BLAC reclaims neglected and derelict brownfield land, most often in the form of small sites found in urban areas.This is where the need for our regeneration expertise is greatest.

Our role is to invest in these sites and buildings, using the innovation, skills and experience of the Company Members, to deliver outstanding affordable housing. BLAC puts sustainability and innovation at the heart of everything it does.

This creativity, knowledge and experience is shared with our project partners, that is Local Authorities, Social Housing Providers and Land Owners. We work collaboratively, utilising our resource of knowledge and experience. This gives BLAC a unique position in the affordable housing market in the South East of England.
