BLAC is always looking for the right new development sites, and new challenges! As a general guide, we need the following:

• Brownfield land or neglected buildings for between 5 and 50 units - houses
or flats.
• These sites should be within the South East of England.

• Site areas of up to 1.5 acres.

• Problematic sites, contaminated or planning difficulties always welcomed
for discussion.
