BLAC is a renewal and regeneration business, turning under-used and derelict sites into well designed and imaginative, sustainable housing. We are proud of our expertise, and our proven ability to turn the most demanding and challenging sites into high quality affordable housing.

But what gives BLAC most satisfaction is delivery. We use our experience and 'equitable' business model to work in joint ventures, special purpose vehicles and other innovative relationships to develop challenging urban sites.
